01User Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use the MyFansSA platform.

By using our platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

02Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must not share or transfer your account to any other person.

03Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content to MyFansSA, you grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

04Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not upload, share or promote any illegal, harmful, non-consensual or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

05Payments & Fees

Fan subscriptions and payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

MyFansSA retains a 20% platform commission on creator earnings. Creators receive 80% of earnings, subject to the applicable payout rules.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated in our Payment & Refund Policy.

06Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

07Advertising

MyFansSA may offer advertising opportunities for approved advertisers. All advertisements must comply with our advertising terms and applicable laws.

08Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in any activity that harms the platform, its users or its reputation.

09Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11Service, Prices & Currency

MyFansSA is a digital creator subscription platform. The transaction currency is South African rand (ZAR).

Prices, billing frequency and the total amount due must be shown before payment is confirmed.

The 20% platform commission is deducted from eligible creator earnings and is separate from merchant fees.

12Recurring Subscriptions & Cancellation

Subscriptions may renew at the price and interval shown before purchase.

Fans can manage or cancel subscriptions through My Subscription in their account.

Cancel before the renewal date shown there. If the cancellation control is unavailable, email info@myfanssa.co.za.

Cancellation does not reverse a payment already processed; statutory rights continue to apply.
