Payment & Refund Policy
This policy explains how payments are processed, commissions are applied and refunds are handled on MyFansSA. By using our platform, you agree to the following.
01Payments
All payments on MyFansSA are processed securely through our approved payment providers. We support the payment methods displayed on the platform.
02Transaction Currency
The transaction currency is South African rand (ZAR). The price, billing interval and total charge must be displayed before payment is confirmed.
03Payment Provider
For the FNB e-commerce facility, MyFansSA will use a provider from the bank-approved list and identify it before accepting payments through that facility.
04Platform Commission
MyFansSA retains a 20% commission on earnings generated by creators. Creators receive 80% of earnings from their content, subject to the applicable payout rules.
05Payout Schedule
Payouts to creators are processed according to the payout schedule displayed in the creator dashboard, subject to minimum payout thresholds and successful verification.
06Refund Policy
For duplicate charges, payment errors or access not provided, contact info@myfanssa.co.za so we can investigate.
Refund requests are handled under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital content, subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view purchases, content purchases and other digital transactions are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed and content has been accessed, viewed, downloaded or made available to the user.
Any mandatory rights or exceptions under applicable law will continue to apply.
08Chargebacks
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension or termination. Please contact our support team first about billing issues so that we can investigate them.
09Tax Responsibility
Creators are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their earnings. MyFansSA does not provide tax advice.
10Policy Updates
We may update this Payment & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
