Terms for Creators

01Eligibility & Responsibilities

You must be 18 years or older to become a creator.

You are responsible for all content you upload and share, and for ensuring that your information is accurate and up to date.

02Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you create and upload.

By uploading content, you grant MyFansSA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, promote and distribute your content on and through the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

03Age & Consent

You confirm that you are 18 years or older. All content must be your own or properly licensed and created with the full consent of everyone involved. Proof of age may be required.

04Content Standards & Prohibited Content

All content must comply with our Content & Consent Policy and Community Guidelines.

You must not upload, share or promote illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative or non-consensual content.

05Earnings & Payouts

You will receive 80% of earnings generated from your content, with 20% retained by MyFansSA as the platform commission.

Payouts are subject to the minimum payout threshold, successful verification and our Payment & Refund Policy.

06Creator Conduct & Promotion

Creators must be respectful, professional and responsible in their interactions on and off the platform.

You are responsible for promoting your account and content. You must not engage in spam, misleading advertising, harassment, hate speech or any activity that may harm the platform or its users.

07Account Security

Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

08Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate creator accounts that violate these terms or our policies, or engage in any activity that harms the platform, its users or our reputation.
