How to stop future renewals for MyFansSA subscriptions.
01Cancel a Subscription
Open My Subscription in your account and follow the cancellation instructions.
Cancel before the renewal date shown there to prevent a future renewal.
02If You Cannot Cancel Online
Email info@myfanssa.co.za from the email address linked to your account.
Include your username and subscription details. Do not email full card details.
03Payments Already Processed
Cancellation does not by itself reverse an earlier payment.
Refund requests and mandatory consumer rights are handled under the payment policy and applicable law.
Keep the cancellation confirmation shown in your account or sent by support.
